Astrology - cheat sheet

Learning all the ins and out of astrology can take a lifetime. For those of you that do not have the time to devote but recognize the influence within your life that the planets have......I have developed a handy cheat sheet that may help you decode it.

Each of the twelve houses cover a different aspect of our lives and each planet has a different influence....when a certain planet (for example JUPITER which influences our confidence and courage) enters into a particular house in our chart (for example the first house which is all about how people see you) then you may find that your self confidence is at an all time high and you are noticed by more people. To find Jupiter moving into the first house in your chart would therefore be a perfect time for arranging a job interview.

Below is a very basic guide to help you decode which area of your life that the planets influence at a glance. Keep in mind that planets in retrograde may have a harsher aspect. Also, your own personal star sign strengths and weaknesses should be taken into consideration..

THE FIRST HOUSE Aries- How people view you and the impression you give.

THE SECOND HOUSE Taurus- Finances, your assets.

THE THIRD HOUSE Gemini- Local environment, knowledge, siblings, transport

THE FOURTH HOUSE Cancer - Your home, domestic life parents especially mother and genetics.

THE FIFTH HOUSE Leo - Creative self expression ,romance, children, risks, father.

THE SIXTH HOUSE Virgo - Work environment, health and duty.

THE SEVENTH HOUSE Libra- Long term partnerships in romance/business/friendship.

THE EIGHTH HOUSE Scorpio- Transformation, inheritance, investment, shared resources.

THE NINTH HOUSE Sagittarius - Travel, broadening your academic or spiritual horizons.

THE TENTH HOUSE Capricorn- Achievements, promotions, ambitions

THE ELEVENTH HOUSE Aquarius- Luck, granting wishes, friends, social conscience
